These croissants are buttery heaven! The layers are unreal; super crispy and buttery rich. Amazingly savory ham and cheese croissants. Almond croissants are bit too sweet for me but the rest are amazing! The store is small so it’s easily missed, but usually you can see people standing around so you can spot the crowd instead.

Super yummy pastry and coffee shop! It's wedged in between other stores on a busy street, so it's easy to miss. When we went, it was early afternoon, so most of their pastries were already sold out. I absolutely loved their blueberry scone though. One of the best scones I've had! It wasn't too sweet, both soft and flakey , and went well with my latte.

Amazing hidden gem on Wilshire Boulevard. Their pastries are a true ode to French bakery. Baked fresh at the back of the shop you might be lucky enough to see the owner preparing the bakeries in front of you. Amazing scene, between science, art and kitchen mastery. My personal favorite one is the chocolate croissant, and if you are in for a savory treat I cannot recommend enough the Boursin and fine herbs scone. There is definitely a small queue in weekend, but worth the wait.

The pastries are excellent here. I got a croissant, concha, and an oatmeal raisin cookie, and the staff accidentally gave me a chocolate chip cookie instead of the oatmeal so we got to keep the chocolate one. The cookies are so soft and chewy and have the perfect crumble. Served warm too! Croissant and concha was light, and the concha might be the fluffiest one I've had. Almost like a brioche inside. Friendly staff and amazing food, have to visit more often!

Heard it has the best pastries in LA. I already had breakfast so I left them until late afternoon and they were still crispy. Wish the chocolate one could have more chocolate with it but it’s just my personal thought. I think I would also skip the plain 🥐. I knew what it would taste like XD

Excellent flavour. Chewy type of cookie which broke off easily. I personally prefer a slightly crispier cookie.

Been back three times to try different things!! Can’t go wrong with literally anything - but some highlights: the plain croissant and chocolate croissant are the best in LA. The Boursin scone is the perfect savory bite. Last but not least.. don’t sleep on the ham and cheese croissant!! There’s always a line at opening but they keep restocking throughout the morning and afternoon. Still recommend getting here on the earlier side!

Came here again to my favorite lingerie a.k.a. my favorite croissant shop probably in Los Angeles definitely in Santa Monica…. Everything is a home run here. I don’t know what you’re calling but they’re all delicious. Service is very good and attentive and I always leave a little tip for the guys/girls that work hard behind the counter..: at 8am there’s already lying so be prepared to wait patiently because when you get your box of pastries, it’s a home run…. BTW, I love the banana bread and the chocolate croissants and everything so thank you and keep up the good work!

Petitgrain Boulangerie was named one of “the best bakeries in the country right now” by The Infatuation — and honestly? It didn’t just live up to the hype, it baked it into a perfect croissant and served it warm. Yes, there’s usually a line, but it’s never more than 20–25 minutes, aka, less time than I’ve waited for worse things. Metered parking out front or nearby street spots make it easy.

Best bakery in LA. This quaint, unassuming spot offers the most decadent and quality pastries. Have not stopped thinking about it since my first visit.
